The Start of July

That means hot, hot, hot! Therefore, the pool is back out and we even had company over to play. Ayden and Makayla had a ball splashing and "swimming" in the pool. Ayden's bravery never shocks me, as toward the end of our pool fun he began standing on his picnic table and jumping in the pool. Makayla thought this was way too funny, but couldn't quite figure out how she could do it. That is a good thing, because I seriously think we have many boo-boos coming our way!

Saturday we went to see Ratatouille -- which Ayden thoroughly enjoyed! He only slept through the last ten minutes. He will excitedly tell you that that was a "great movie", with two thumbs up. Saturday morning we had our first rolling off the bed accident -- however, Ayden never even woke up. I am not quite sure how you sleep through that, but he did. It wasn't really funny at 4am, but looking back I can't help but laugh.
