Memorial Day Weekend Pool Fun

So....even long weekends are never long enough!

We took advantage of our 90 degree weather by pulling out the swimming pool. Ayden was leery of it at first, but as you can see it didn't take him long to dive right in. He loved to jump in on his knees, so much so that his knees were red by the time he got out. He is definitely ready to swim again.

Yesterday we took a trip to Geoffreys and Chuck E. Cheese.... This long weekend was all for Ayden having fun, which I can certainly say he did. I think maybe he had a little too much fun considering it took him until 10pm to go to sleep because he was so wound up. Plus, this morning as we were pulling into the daycare parking lot...Ayden says "Mommy I no have to go to school today." This is actually the first time he has ever chosen staying with me over school. He generally loves to go..because, he has so many friends to play with. He shrugged off the idea of not going to school very quickly when he saw some of his friends pulling up in the parking lot as well. Onto playing with cars, dinosaurs, puzzles, and kids...........
